Production Capacity:

Our current production capacity is 5,500 rolls per month, but we can upscale to 12,500 rolls per month.

Our rolls are packed four per box, utilizing a core-on-core configuration to ensure minimal product impact. Additionally, our boxes are printed on FSC-certified board sourced from responsibly managed forests, which provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.

Wool Pile: 3P Silicone based & UV protected

Our premium 3P Wool Pile is crafted with silicone-based yarn for maximum durability and long-lasting performance. Enhanced with UV protection, it offers superior resistance against harsh environmental factors such as sunlight, heat, and moisture. This high-quality seal provides excellent insulation, noise reduction, and protection against dust, wind, and water — making it the ideal choice for heavy-duty fenestration applications where performance cannot be compromised.

Wool Pile Lite: 2P Non-silicone based wool pile

The Wool Pile Lite range is designed as a cost-effective alternative without sacrificing reliability. Manufactured with 2P non-silicone based yarn, it is durable, functional, and suitable for standard sealing applications in windows and doors. It offers dependable protection against air, dust, and insects, while delivering consistent performance at a more economical price point — making it a practical choice for large-scale projects and everyday use.

High-strength tape

One thing you’ll notice about our wool pile is the improved joint design. Instead of melting the base ends and fusing them with plastic, an approach that weakens the base and adds bulk, we use a high-strength tape applied to both sides. This creates a flexible, low-profile joint with the same durability and performance as the rest of the pile.
